  1. Information on prizes and how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.
  2. Entry is open to all individuals who are residents of Australia and are 18 years or older as at January 1 st 2008.
  3. Employees, directors, management, licensees, contractors of Natures Sunshine Products Pty Ltd and their immediate families; and companies and agencies associated with the competition cannot enter the competition, including health food store owners and their employees.
  4. The competition commences on February 4th, 2008 and ends on 28 March 2008. To enter the draw, entrants must answer the question and complete their details and include proof of purchase via either legible receipt or copy thereof and send it to Natures Sunshine Products of Australia Pty Ltd. No responsibility will be accepted for lost, late or misdirected entries. Entries are limited to 1 entry per person.
  5. The first prize is a voucher worth $1000 to be used at the store of the winner's choice. Second prize is a voucher worth $750 to be used at the store of the winner's choice. Third prize is a voucher worth $250 to be used at the store of the winner's choice. Total prize value $2000.
  6. The prize draw takes place on Friday 28 th of March 2008 at 11am.
  7. The prizes are not redeemable for cash. In the event that a prize is unavailable, Natures Sunshine Products of Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Natures Sunshine Products of Australia Pty Ltd makes no representations or warranties as to the quality or suitability or merchantability of any of the goods or services offered as prizes.
  8. Entries may, at Natures Sunshine Products of Australia Pty Ltd discretion, be declared void if not submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  9. The winner will be notified by telephone and by mail and their name and the suburb of their address (not their full or email address) will be published on the Herbs & Health website on Friday 4 th April 2008.
  10. Natures Sunshine Products of Australia Pty Ltd, its contractors, employees and agents, are not liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with this competition and/or the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law. Tax implications may arise from the receipt or use of a prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
  11. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions and approval to use the winners' names by Natures Sunshine Products of Australia Pty Ltd for publicity purposes. All entries become the property of Natures Sunshine Products of Australia Pty Ltd.
  12. Natures Sunshine Products of Australia Pty Ltd may conduct such further draws as are necessary if any of the prizes remain unclaimed 3 months after the draw.
